In 2019, we opened Hops N Guac with a simple goal: to share modern Mexican food in a fun, casual space. Inspired by traditional flavors and a love for great gatherings, we created a place where food, drinks, and good times come together. Located in Huntsville’s Campus 805 entertainment district, our restaurant is more than just a meal—it’s an experience.

We wanted to build a different restaurant. Hops N Guac is about more than just great tacos and bowls—it’s a place to hang out, play games, and explore new flavors. Our space includes a snook ball court, an outdoor area for special events, and a hidden room with 5 self-pour taps. Whether you're here for food, drinks, or fun, there’s always something to enjoy.
